Welcome to Radically Repurposed Rags (RRR). By applying for our waitlist or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Marketplace Purpose
RRR is a curated marketplace specifically for upcycled, handmade, and creatively repurposed goods. We celebrate one-of-one creations and sustainable craft. Our platform is not for fast fashion resales or mass-produced items.
2. Seller Vetting & Approval
To maintain the quality of our community, all seller applications undergo a review process. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application based on our brand alignment and quality standards. Participation in the waitlist does not guarantee approval for selling privileges.
3. Founding Seller Program
The first 50 approved sellers to complete their onboarding will be designated as “Founding Sellers.” This status grants a lifetime commission rate of 5% on all successful platform sales, subject to continued adherence to community standards. Once the first 50 spots are filled, standard commission rates will apply to new sellers.
4. Commissions & Payments
- All transactions are processed through Stripe Connect.
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining a valid Stripe account for payouts.
- Commission is deducted automatically at the point of sale.
- Payouts are released once an order is confirmed delivered and completed.
5. Content & Originality
You represent that you hold the legal right to sell any item you list. Custom designs, upcycled creations, and artwork must not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks. RRR is a place for originality; counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
6. Community Standards
We foster a community of respect and creativity. Harassment, hate speech, or deceptive practices will result in immediate removal from the waitlist and platform. All communications between buyers and sellers must remain professional and transparent.
7. Shipping & Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for shipping items promptly and providing tracking information. RRR is a platform that facilitates sales but is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages by third-party carriers.
8. Changes to Terms
RRR reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
